- Initial Assessment: Discuss your needs, preferences, and goals in a comprehensive face-to-face initial assessment by choosing a time in our calendar below.
- Flexible Scheduling for follow-up appointments: Choose in-person or virtual sessions, where appropriate and as discussed at the initial assessment, to suit your lifestyle and convenience.

- Streamlined Process: Our online booking page simplifies the process, saving you time and effort. You will also receive reminders of the appointments.

30 minute follow-up session
- Perfect for brief updates and discussing minor adjustments to your rehabilitation plan.
- Ideal for reviewing recent progress and setting immediate goals.
- Enables resolving of pressing concerns or questions efficiently.
- Face-to-face session: direct interaction to progress goals and tackle issues effectively.
- Virtual session: Efficient and focused, ideal for a quick check-in.
Book a 30 minute session
60 minute follow-up session
- Perfect for reviewing and progressing on functional goals set out in your rehabilitation plan.
- Ideal for reviewing key aspects of postural management and moving and handling practices with caregivers.
- Enables resolving of pressing concerns or questions efficiently and can include multi-disciplinary team or family members to discuss plans forward.
- Face-to-face session: direct interaction to progress goals and tackle issues effectively.
- Virtual session: Focus may be on cognitive and emotional wellbeing and interventions to support these.
Book a 60 minute session
90 minute follow-up session
- Perfect for reviewing and progressing on functional goals set out in your rehabilitation plan.
- Perfect to support community-based goals where we might practice mobility and skills in other environments.
- Ideal for in-depth review of posture care and moving and handling.
- Face-to-face session: direct interaction to progress goals and tackle issues effectively and liaise with your wider caregivers.
- Virtual session: These may be more likely to be linked to multidisciplinary team meetings and planning.
